Dr. 塞布丽娜D. 狐坡尼 is a tenured associate professor of 组织的领导 at the University of 科罗拉多州’s 利兹商学院. She earned her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology at the University of Houston before obtaining her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. At the 利兹商学院, she is the doctoral program coordinator for the 组织的领导 and 信息分析 division.

Dr. 狐坡尼’s research uses both qualitative and quantitative methodology to develop and test theory about diversity and 身份管理 processes within organizations. Dr. 狐坡尼’s research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology, 等.
